Getting Started

Give customers a reason to choose your estimate.

Add completed projects, get customer confirmation, and share relevant proof alongside your estimates so prospective customers can see your experience.

WorkConfirmed is completely free. No new estimating software required.

Why

Price alone doesn’t show your experience. Completed work does.

Build

Complete work → Document → Close the loop → Customer Confirmed → Build archive

Use

Ask → Match → Email proof alongside your estimate

Start

Close the loop on your next 5 jobs.

Your next job can strengthen your next estimate.

Your archive can’t be built all at once — it grows as you complete and confirm work. Your first goal: close the loop on 5 jobs and build 5 Customer Confirmed projects. Nothing becomes public until it is Customer Confirmed.

Reviews tell prospective customers about the experience. WorkConfirmed shows them the completed work.

Part 1

Document Completed Work

From your dashboard, select Document Completed Work.

Add completed-work photos, a short description of the work, a service or category when applicable, and the job location and details. At least one photo is required.

Wide → Detail → Check

Wide

Show the completed work in its surroundings.

Detail

Capture workmanship and important finished details.

Check

Make sure photos are clear, well lit, and protect customer privacy.

Around 3–6 useful photos is typical. You can add up to 12.

Part 2

Review & Approve

Technician-submitted work arrives as Submitted for Review.

Approve

Approve when the record accurately represents the completed work. The record becomes ready for customer confirmation.

Return for Changes

Send the record back when something needs to be corrected before customer confirmation.

Nothing becomes Customer Confirmed merely because a technician submitted it.

Part 3

Get customer confirmation

After the record is approved, select Get Customer Confirmation. The customer receives a private request to review the completed-work record. No customer account is required.

Customer Confirms

The project becomes Customer Confirmed and can appear in the business’s WorkConfirmed portfolio.

The customer may also provide an optional testimonial. A testimonial is separate from the customer confirmation itself.

After confirming, the customer can download their Confirmed Work Record PDF.

Needs Attention

If something isn’t accurate or complete, the customer can privately tell the business what needs attention. The project remains private while the business addresses the issue, marks the record ready again, and requests confirmation again.

Part 4

Build your proof

Customer Confirmed projects build the business’s free public WorkConfirmed portfolio—a home for your work online, even without a website.

Explore a free online presence for your service business.

Each Work Proof can show:

  • Photos
  • Work completed
  • Service
  • Location
  • Completion date
  • Customer Confirmation
  • Optional customer testimonial

Reviews tell prospective customers about the experience. WorkConfirmed shows them the completed work. It complements customer reviews rather than replacing them.

Customer Confirmed means the customer confirmed that the project shown represents work completed for them. It is not a guarantee of workmanship, quality, satisfaction, licensing, or contractor credentials.

Part 5

Send Your Work

WorkConfirmed isn’t just a place to store completed projects. From your dashboard, select Send Your Work to put Customer Confirmed projects in front of prospective customers alongside your estimates. Keep using your existing estimating process; Send Your Work emails proof, not an estimate.

Overall portfolio

Share your complete WorkConfirmed portfolio.

Relevant work

Share Customer Confirmed work for a particular service or category when available.

Show relevant experience alongside your estimate.

Ask → Match → Email

  • Ask what the prospective customer needs and where they’re located. Then ask: “What’s the best email to send you a few examples of our work?”
  • Match relevant Customer Confirmed projects — the same service, nearby work, or other strong examples.
  • Email the relevant proof alongside your estimate: “I’ll also send a few completed projects so you can see our experience with work like yours.”

Don’t just tell prospective customers what you can do. Show them real work your customers confirmed.

Optional team workflow

Using the Technician Submission Link

A technician can save the business’s private Technician Submission Link to their phone Home Screen for quick access after jobs. Keep the link private and share it only with your team.

iPhone

  1. Open the Technician Submission Link in Safari.
  2. Tap the Share button.
  3. Select Add to Home Screen.
  4. Keep Open as Web App enabled if presented.
  5. Tap Add.

Android

  1. Open the Technician Submission Link in Chrome.
  2. Open the browser menu.
  3. Select Install app or Add to Home screen.
  4. Tap Install or Add.

Use the current link supplied by your business. If the business regenerates its Technician Submission Link, the previous link and any Home Screen shortcut using it will no longer work. Replace it with the new link.

Privacy

Customer information stays private

WorkConfirmed does not publicly display:

  • Customer contact information
  • Private job address
  • Submitted By information
  • Needs Attention responses or notes
  • Other private operational information

Customers do not need WorkConfirmed accounts to review and confirm their records.

We document the work, not the customer.
